IronZen Course with Coach Jen

This is a 6 Week Course to get YOU mentally prepared for your Ironman Triathlon!

This IronZen course is designed for an athlete who is getting ready for a Saturday Race. There is a lot of thought process going into an Ironman Triathlon. In this course, I will go through with you the physically aspects, the mental aspects and the general aspects.

I will also discuss with you on how to get ready for the week of the Ironman Triathlon and what you need to put in your Ironman Bags and Special Needs Bag.

Jen Rulon is a USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach of 16+ years and owner of JenRulon.com. She received her Masters in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science.
